Webimize is a web design and marketing business whose goal is to provide the highest level of internet marketing services to our clients. Like all businesses and in order to provide our services we need to cover operating expenses associated with providing said services. 

We expect our clients to understand the associated costs and respect all policies regarding our services.  We require payments to be made on-time in respect to the services, and any and all inclusive materials. ie. content, files, and images to be submitted upon request. All fees collected by Rapid Web Solutions LTD are non-refundable. Upon hiring Rapid Web Solutions LTD, for web design and marketing services you are bound by our refund and cancellation policy agreement and agree to abide by our policies therein.

Once we start a service for a client and labor on your project, accounts, creatives, etc, we do not issue refunds for any reason.

All services are offered at the client’s own risk: no guarantees, no refunds, no exchanges, no credits.

Rapid Web Solutions LTD cannot and will not be responsible or liable for you monetary investment or loss in any way.

Once you have spent money for ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc, you will almost certainly never see that money returned again, for any reason, no matter how compelling or justifiable your case may seem. They cannot be swayed when it comes to refund requests or service issues, including but not limited to loss of investment or loss of business or unexpectedly high charges for click costs and placements.

Rapid Web Solutions LTD’s view is that business, advertising and marketing are all ventured as a form of risk, effort and resources are expended in the hope of gain, profit or desired results, but it is not uncommon for any or all of those endeavors to fail.

You should NOT spend any sum of money, no matter how great or small on social media/PPC services if you cannot afford to lose it entirely with no return, results, revenue or profit of any kind.

It is not possible for professional digital marketers and marketing agencies to guarantee results.

1. We do not consider refunds for work already completed.
2. In the event of a project terminated on a mutual
   basis all deposits and payments for work already completed is non-refundable.
3. No cancellations or refunds can be claimed for services that
   our marketing team has offered.
4. Social media management, SEO and digital marketing packages are
   non-refundable.
5. We do not offer refunds on deposits or payments for
   projects that are abandoned or lay dormant for more than 30 days.
6. Note: We have the right to change payment terms if we feel necessary
   at any stage of the working relationship.
